The power
is already here.

412 megawatts behind the meter, on 84.62 acres, with gas and 230 kV already on the parcel. Eight equal halls. No interconnection queue in the critical path.

The thesis

Every other site is waiting in a queue. This one is waiting on a permit.

The difference is six years. A new data centre in PJM territory is looking at a network upgrade study that runs to 2030 and beyond. Behind the meter, the wire is already there.

01 Behind the meter

Nine GE Vernova LM2500+G4 machines inside the fence. The plant serves the halls directly, not through a wholesale market.

02 No queue in the path

Gas is on the property. 230 kV crosses the parcel. There is no new transmission line, no cluster study, no upgrade cost to underwrite.

03 Surplus to PJM

What the halls do not take can go to the grid — an upside option, never a dependency. Your load never rides on the market.

How the power flows

Four things most projects at this stage do not have.

Each one is a document. None of them is an adjective.

Closed Gas tap executed February 2026
Closed 230 kV right-of-way January 2026
Confirmed Board letter — data centre & power plant use 24 June 2026

Next step

Tell us how many megawatts and when.

We will come back with the halls that fit, the plant configuration, and the dates you would be entitled. Same day, usually within four hours.
